Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 2026-08-311. Introduction
This policy explains how Multum Group AB ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the QuickWords mobile application ("App").
2. Information We Collect
QuickWords does not require an account and we do not directly collect your name or email address unless you choose to contact support. The App and its service providers may process:
- Advertising data, such as an advertising identifier when you authorize tracking, ad impressions, interactions, and approximate location derived from an IP address.
- Device and diagnostics data, such as device type, operating system, crash information, performance data, and an IP address.
- Purchase information, including product identifiers, transaction status, and purchase history. We do not receive your payment-card details.
- Gameplay and preferences stored locally on your device, including scores, campaign progress, language, and display settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain QuickWords.
- Show, measure, limit, and improve advertising.
- Process and restore the one-time Remove Ads purchase.
- Diagnose crashes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve the App.
- Reply when you contact support or report an advertisement.
4. Sharing Your Information
We use the following service providers, which process data under their own privacy policies and our configuration:
- Google AdMob to provide and measure advertisements and manage advertising consent.
- RevenueCat to process purchase entitlements and measure purchase and advertising performance.
- Apple to distribute the App, process purchases, and provide platform services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our rights, or as part of a corporate transaction. We do not directly sell personal information. Some advertising activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain laws.
5. Advertising Choices
Where required, QuickWords asks for advertising consent before requesting ads. On iOS, Apple may also ask whether you allow tracking across other companies' apps and websites. You can deny that request and still use QuickWords. When required in your region, you can reopen Google's privacy choices from QuickWords settings. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings.
6. Retention and Security
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset it or remove the App. Service providers retain advertising, diagnostic, and purchase data according to their policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request copies of your data.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data.
- Restriction: Request the restriction of processing your data.
- Portability: Request transfer of your data to another party.
- Objection: Object to the processing of your data.
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information provided below.
8. Children's Privacy
QuickWords is a general-audience App intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
